AlphaGyp Sealer is a high-performance sealer designed for use over AlphaGyp Floor Underlayment prior to the installation of floor-covering adhesives and finished flooring systems. Formulated to help create a uniform, properly prepared surface, AlphaGyp Sealer promotes improved adhesion between the underlayment and flooring materials while supporting long-term flooring system performance.
Designed for multifamily, hospitality, commercial, retail, and office construction projects, AlphaGyp Sealer helps reduce surface porosity and provides an ideal substrate for a wide range of floor covering applications. Product Specifications
- Not suitable for exterior applications.
- Not intended for use as a wear surface.
- Do not install on floors that are excessively dusty.
- Avoid installation in areas with continuous exposure to moisture.
- Do not install in below-grade areas unless a confirmed moisture mitigation system is in place.
- Product best stored between 40°F and 90°F.
